Nice drawing, I love the eyes, and how they look all shiny I must finish reading the Silmarillion someday :\

The hand is actually quite good imo, just a little more contrast and it'll be perfect I like the way the hair covers most of the drawing, and frames the face, it adds contrast to the drawing and helps achieve a strong composition, however, the face is right in the middle of the drawing, moving it slightly to the left would improve the composition even more.

I like the softness of your shading, especially around it eyes With the hair, the top is good, but at the bottom of the drawing, it kind of suddenly ends, maybe continuing it to the edge of the drawing would be better.

Overall it's a very nice drawing, great shading and excellent anatomy
